175. It's Halloween, you 'fraidy mouse!

Today, I finished one book of Geronimo Stilton series called 'It's Halloween, you 'fraidy mouse!'  It was very interesting.  Geronimo usually hates scary festivals like Halloween.  Purposely, at a rainy night, Geronimo's sister Thea and his cousin Trap play pranks on him.  Then Thea says that Halloween was nearing and Geronimo must publish a book on games, food and costumes for Halloween. So for the games, Geronimo and his favorite nephew go to a shop, where his cousin works, called the 'Tricks for Tails' to look at 'Halloween games'.  When they enter itself, Trap plays pranks on Geronimo.  Then they go to a scary room in the shop and finds the games.  Benjamin notes the names of the games in his notepad.  Then, to find food and costume, Geronimo and Benjamin go to Geronimo's assistant, Pinky Pick's friend, Creepella von Cacklefur's house.  The next door to Creepella's house was a graveyard.  So, Benjamin and Geronimo go and look at the graveyard whether there were ghosts.  When they went, one of the grave's door opened and out came Creepella.  Down the graveyard was half of Creepella's home.  They go to a room and find the costumes.  On another room, they discuss about about the foods for the party and prepare a menu. So, to make all the dishes, Geronimo calls Tina Spicytail, Geronimo's grandfather William Shortpaws' cook.  Then, Creepella says that the Halloween party will be held at her home.  So, they thanked her and returned back to the office at dawn.  When Geronimo and Benjamin reached the computer, they started working at an instance.  Geronimo looks at Benjamin's notes and began typing everything in his computer and within minutes, he was finished and he had published a Halloween book.  So, on October 31st night, Thea, Trap, Benjamin and Geronimo go to the party at Creepella's home.  There were many mice dressed in many types of scaring dresses.  Even Geronimo dressed as a mummy, Benjamin as a vampire bat, Thea as a witch and Trap as a vampire magician.  After everything, they returned to the office at morning five.  Suddenly, Geronimo's assistant, Shif.T.Paws, come to Geronimo's room and shouts that their book on Halloween was at the top of the Best Sellers' List. There were the Halloween book attached to the book at the back.  The Halloween book was almost 30 pages.  I loved the book very much.

176. Merry Christmas, Geronimo!

It was the day before Christmas and snow was falling heavily in New Mouse City.  So, Geronimo called his favorite nephew Benjamin and says that on Christmas afternoon, they will go skiing.  The next day, Geronimo wanted to go to his office, but it was freezing outside.  So, he wore clothes on top of clothes and clothes on top of clothes and a pair of gloves and mufflers.  Then he goes out in the snow.  He sees many happy sights.  When he comes to the office, everybody tease him and laugh.  Only his nephew Benjamin does not tease him and instead, he hugs G.  So, irritated, Geronimo goes to his room and change to his normal clothes.  Suddenly, he hears noise of truck’s tires screeching.  Geronimo peeps out of the window and sees that small, round chocolates named Ratbury were spilled everywhere.  There silver covers were covered with mud.  On the pavement, the truck’s driver was sitting and crying because if he did not deliver these 10,000 Ratbury chocolates to the city mayor’s home, he would be fired.  So, Geronimo consoled him and took a chocolate, wiped the mud from its cover and put it back in the truck.  Soon, lots of mice were helping and the 10,000 chocolates were inside the truck again.  The driver thanked all of them and went away.  When Geronimo was coming back to his office, he tripped on something and fell and fractured his hand.  Then afterwards, when he went to help an old lady cross the roads, an accident occurred and Geronimo’s tail broke.  After coming to his home, he found that his house was on fire.  So, his sister Thea and cousin Trap made plans and before the party, they made the burnt house into a new one.  Then, guests started to arrive one by one and at last, The Daily Rat, Geronimo’s newspaper’s greatest rival’s owner, Sally Ratmousen also came to his house and handed him a tiny gift.  Today is Christmas and I finished reading a Christmas story.  I loved the book very much.

173. All because of a cup of coffee.

It was a very interesting book.  In this, Geronimo goes to a coffee shop to drink coffee.  There, a mouse spills the coffee in Geronimo's coat.  When he turned to scold the mouse, he saw that the mouse was the beautiful countess, Stephanie von Sugarfur.  He began to be the countess' friend without her knowledge. Geronimo sends dozens and dozens of red roses and many big, big boxes of Cheesy Chews, cheese flavored chocolates.  But, he sees that, Stephanie has another friend.  So, mood off, he sits and watches TV and sometimes, the thought of the countess made him cry also.  Suddenly, Geronimo's sister Thea, cousin Trap and favorite nephew Benjamin visits him.  They said Geronimo about the 8th wonder of the world and told him to join them.  But, Geronimo first refused.  So, Thea took him to a fortune - teller.  The fortune teller says that if he traveled this time, he would be surely famous.  As the fortune teller told, the four of them became famous.  To become famous, they traveled to and island shaped like a giant butterfly called the Butterfly Island.  They go to a forest and explore it.  A butterfly suddenly comes near Benjamin.  It looked like cheese.  So, Geronimo and Benjamin follow the butterfly to a cave and find that there was a hole for small mice like Benjamin to go in.  So, Benjamin took his camera and went in.  After some time, he came back after finding the 8th wonder of the world, The Mysterious Valley of Cheesettes.  After all, they had found the 8th wonder of the world.  Benjamin showed the photos.  He said that there were hundreds and thousands and millions of butterflies like the one Benjamin and Geronimo followed.  Thea gave Trap the cinema roll and Benjamin's camera to take care of while they return.  But, foolish Trap left the cinema roll and the camera in the island itself.  Luckily, Benjamin showed a butterfly that was hidden under his hat.  He named the butterfly, Cheesette.  So, after they had become famous, countess Stephanie von Sugarfur came to Geronimo's office and apologized.  But, Geronimo did not accept and refused to the countess.  She felt sad and went away because Geronimo said that he did not like her.  Thea, Trap, Benjamin and Geronimo became very very popular because of that butterfly.  I loved the book very very much.

167. Wedding Crasher.

This book was very interesting.  It goes like this.  One day, a wedding invitation came to Geronimo.  It wasn't like a wedding invitation.  It wasn't stuck with glue, instead, it was stuck with chewing gum.  The invitation was written on a torn paper with crayons.  It was from Geronimo's uncle Samuel . S . Stingysnout.  So, Geronimo called his sister Thea and asked her whether she got the invitation.  She said that she also got it and she would say Geronimo's cousin Trap and favorite nephew Benjamin to join in the wedding ceremony.  So, after some time, they all were ready and went to Uncle Samuel's castle.  He was a cheap mouse.  It was his son Stevie S Stingysnout wedding anniversary. Finally, Geronimo and his family reached the castle in spite of all the sufferings they suffered.  When they went inside the castle, they saw all of their relatives including their sweet Aunt Sugarfur, a bakery owner, her husband, Uncle Kindpaws and their twins, Squeaky and Squeakette.  Uncle Samuel did not waste electricity and money even for hot water in the freezing cold weather.  One day, when Geronimo was going to the restroom at night, he saw that Uncle Samuel was having thousands of gold coins.  His son, Stevie hated his bride to be, Patience Plainpaws, because, she had hidden treasure in her home saved by her dead mother and father.  She was very plain.  She had only grey frocks.  So, Geronimo's sister decided to take Patience with her to the nearest shopping mall and buy her some colorful dresses.  So, when Patience came out of the dressing room after dressing, she looked like an actress.  She said to Stevie that she had taken the treasure out of her house.  Then, it was time for Geronimo, Thea, Trap and Benjamin to leave.  But suddenly, Patience said that she was fed-up and she also joined them.  It was a very interesting book and I hope many books are interesting like this. I loved it very, very much.
